Appointments and Fees


The Practice is open from 8 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday and from 8.00 – 12 noon on Saturday.  Routine, non-emergency matters, are dealt with on an appointment system. You may telephone, fax or call in at time during opening hours to make, or change an appointment.

If you have a medical emergency please tell the staff at the time you ring.  We do keep some appointments for urgent matters only each day.

If you feel you may need a longer appointment, or procedure, please let the staff know when making the booking. A separate appointment is usually needed for each member of a family. Please inform staff at when booking appointments if more than one family member needs to be seen.

New patient appointments and six-week check ups for mothers and babies require a double appointment.


Normal Consult $75.00 – Pension $65.00

Longer Consult $125.00 – Pension $105.00

Repeat Prescriptions:  $15.00 – Pension Fee $12.00

Referrals/Forms $25.00

We request payment of fees in full at time of consultation. Otherwise, a higher fee is charged. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or EFTPOS.

If you are having any difficulty paying your account, please speak to any of the staff to make appropriate arrangements.

We also offer electronic medicare claiming for your refunds.

Only children under 16 are routinely bulk-billed, as are Veteran’s Affairs card holders. University and TAFE students, students still @ school over 16, apprentices etc will be charged a reduced fee.
